Three tips to learn based on psychological research

Demands of today encourage us to continue to learn, no matter our age, if we want success. Learning is not for those aged 5 to 20 years, is also not always be in educational institutions and courses. Even though we had spent thousands of time learning, we only know little about effective learning. There is no shortcut to understanding and active participation in learning can make learning to be effective. Attention to lessons in class, reading, stop-delay Nuda, studying in a quiet, does not play during lessons, and is actively ask the things that normally we believe can provide the best results.

According to Dr. Nate Kornell from UCLA, there are three ways to learn the most effective psychological research found from:

1. For the subject-for-subjekmu and learn the alternate.
Despite initially may feel ineffective, split the subject and learn some of the different parts of has been able to give effective results. For example, in the first 15 minutes to study accountancy, and 15 minutes the next general business, after that 15 minutes to Managerial.

2. Test yourself.
Try to ask yourself about the material that you have learned. Self-test has two advantages. First, because the process is taking memory from the mind, this could increase the ability of remembering. Second, the test itself can test whether you have to learn how effective or not. You can identify and fix weaknesses before you late. But there is one condition: self-test will not be successful if you do when you've just finished studying. This plane does not remember you power but makes you proud.

3. Capture and integrate conclusions.
Once out of the class or read a chapter book, take important conclusions-conclusions, and consider how these conclusions, conclusions related to the overall topic and personal experiences. This process, known as the integration of knowledge, it is useful to remember and strengthen the knowledge on real events. To be effective this technique, you can inform or teach other people about what you've learned. Kesimpulanmu explain the need and ability to summarize integration, and this is the best way to check for weaknesses in the knowledge that you have.

Three steps above may feel heavy at first, but has long-term benefits that are very long. At the time, the brain is trained in this way have no difficulty in considering and implementing.
